Educational Leaders Dialogue Held at NAEA
??On April 26, Educational Leaders Dialogue themed “Challenges and Strategies for Global Educational Leadership in the AI Era”, was held at the National Academy of Education Administration (NAEA).
??University leaders from Finland, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Australia, Belgium, Spain, Italy, and Hong Kong SAR were invited as guest speakers. Delegates from Foreign embassies and international organizations in Beijing were also presented the event. Chinese university leaders and senior managers from NAEA leadership program attended the dialogue.
??Mr. Peng Shi, NAEA Executive Vice President opened the event. He introduced the Academy’s new initiative—the Academy of Global Education Leadership—as a platform for international collaboration, aiming to develop forward-looking, globally aware, and digitally skilled education leaders through a range of training and exchange programs
??In keynote speech session, participants include professor Joanne Wright, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of University of Sydney, professor Heikki Saastamoinen, President of South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences, professor Qingyang Gu, Academic Director of China Executive Education Program, the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy of National University of Singapore, Ms. Xin Long, principal social sector specialist, the Asian Development Bank, and representatives from Huawei and iFLYTEK.
??Following the keynote sessions, participants engaged in structured group discussions on strategic planning, resource sharing, and institutional collaboration to support the development of the Academy of Global Education Leadership. Prof. Zhu Chang from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Prof. Cai Yuzhuo from The Education University of Hong Kong joined as invited commentators.
??The event is part of the celebrating activities of NAEA 70th anniversary.
